Shannon Severance Now Among 3% of Realtors With CRS Designation
This week, Shannon received recognition for her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Real Estate Council. The Council is the leading education and networking organization for residential real estate agents. According to RREC, only 3% of licensed residential realtors in the country hold this coveted designation, which requires course credits as well as a proven sales record and good standing with both the NAR and RREC. According to the National Association of Realtors, CRS is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers.
