Shannon Severance
Shannon Severance was born and raised in central Florida. Graduating from high school she married her husband who is active duty in the United States Coast Guard. She served as Ombudsman for five years and was awarded 2012 Navy League Key Spouse of the Year. Shannon and her family have conducted over 8 PCS moves being stationed across the United States, from the East coast to the Central Pacific. Shannon enjoys bike rides, scuba diving, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
Shannon started her career in Early Childhood Education, receiving a degree for the same in 2003. Her career in real estate began in 2009 when she received her license as Certified Apartment Management (CAM) in Savannah, GA and started working in residential property management for some time. In 2011, Shannon got her real estate license here in Hawaii.
Today, Shannon has been honored as a Top 100 Real Estate Agent from 2015-2017. She was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame and has been apart of the RE/MAX International Chairman’s Club from 2014-2017. Shannon also holds designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
